Ingredients

1 tsp Cocoa Powder 1.8g
10 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 283.5g
7 oz Butter 198.45g
5 Eggs 220g
1 cup Sugar 200g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter 9" pan and dust with cocoa. Prepare a pan larger than 9" with 1" water. Whisk eggs and sugar. Melt chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth. Add melted chocolate to egg mixture. Pour batter into pan. Place pan into larger pan. Bake 75min until center no longer sticky. Cool before cutting.

Storage • Holds wrapped 2-5 days in fridge.
Neat Trick • Use water-tight springform pan for mess-free cutting and presentation.
