Simplest Roasted Pork Tenderloin

1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper 0.575g
1 lb Pork Tenderloin 453.6g
1 tbsp Olive Oil 13.5g
2 tsp Salt 12g
3 cloves Garlic 9g

Mix crushed garlic, oil, pepper, and salt, and rub all around tenderloin. Refrigerate at least 2hrs. Preheat oven to 350°F. In heavy roasting pan, brown tenderloin on all sides on high heat. Bake 25 min. Transfer to dish and let rest 5min before serving. Optionally, make gravy directly in roasting pan with 1tsp mustard and some starch.
