Baked Potato Cubes with Rosemary

Ingredients

Yields: 5 Portions

1 kg Potatoes (5 medium) 1000g
3-5 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, washed and chopped 2.8g
2 tbsps Olive Oil 27g
pinch Ground Nutmeg 0.1375g
pinch Ground Black Pepper 0.1g
1 tbsp Coarse Salt 18g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Peel and cut potatoes into 0.75" cubes. Toss with rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Lay out on baking sheet. Bake 40min until golden, tossing them every 10min.
