Ingredients

Yields: 12 bars (12 Servings)

Grams 
1 cup Sunflower Seeds 140g
2 cups Quinoa Flakes 204g
1 cup Banana, mashed 200g
1/4 cup Fruit Sauce 61g
1/2 cup Honey 169.5g
2 tbsps Brown Sugar 18.2g
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4.2g
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 42g
1/2 cups Shredded Coconut 46.5g
2 tbsp Shredded Coconut, to sprinkle on top 11.6g

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line cookie sheet. Grind sunflower seeds into a fine meal in blender. Mix with quinoa flakes. Spread on baking sheet and toast 10min. Remove from oven and raise temperature to 350°F. Add banana, fruit sauce, and honey to toasted ingredients. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until uniformly combined. Press into your lined sheet. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake 15min or until edges brown. Cool then cut into bars.
