Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients. Dough will be sticky. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll with pin until about 1/8" thick. Starting with one corner, carefully peel off top paper, place back on, flip and peel off the other side. Transfer to cookie sheet. Bake 15min. Cool, then slice (pizza roller helps).
