1 3/4 cup sorghum flour 211.75g
1/4 cup arrowroot starch 32g
1/4 cup millet flour 29.75g
2 1/2 cups quinoa flakes 255g
1 cup sugar 200g
1/2 cup honey 169.5g
1 cup shortening
1 tbsp baking powder 13.8g
1 tbsp vanilla 13g
12-16 oz strawberry preserve 340.2g
1-2 tbsp water 22.17g
Brown sugar for topping** Optional

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8x8 pan. Mix dry ingredients together, then add melted shortening, until texture is coarse crumbs. Mix in honey and vanilla until dough forms. Press half of the dough into pan. Mix strawberry preserves and water, and spread over layer in pan. Top with layer using the other half of dough and press firmly. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 20min. Cool before cutting.
