Potato, Egg and Ham Pancakes

2 Potatoes 426g
1/2 Onion, chopped 55g
6 Eggs 264g
2 slices Ham, chopped 56g
1/4-1/3 cup Flour 31.25g
Pinch Salt 0.2g
2 tbsps Butter 28.4g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Peel and cut potatoes, then boil them 20min in least amount of water possible. Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients (except for butter) and mix well. Fry in butter about 3min on each side.
