1 cup Buckwheat Flour 120g
1 cup Pitted Dates 260g
2 Bananas 236g
1/2 cup Dairy-free Milk 121.5g
2 tsps Baking Powder 9.2g
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4.2g
Pinch Salt 0.2g

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line muffin tins. Process cashews into a fine flour. Toss with dry ingredients and blueberries. Process dates, milk, vanilla and bananas until smooth. Mix into dry ingredients. Bake 20min.
