1/4 cup Tapioca Starch 32g
3/4 cups Sorghum Flour 90.75g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1/4 cup Hemp Seed 120g
4-6 tbsp Water 73.9g
2 tsp Olive Oil 9g
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 5g

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, starch, and salt. Add vinegar, hemp seeds, and oil. Mix until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add water until dough just comes together. Knead until it stops being sticky. Roll out thinly between parchment paper. Peel away top parchment and slice cracker shapes. Bake 15 min.
