ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Microwave whole squash 3minutes. Using a large knife, cut both ends off. Cut it in half length-wise. Scoop out seeds and pulp. Place face-down on cookie sheet. Bake 50min until tender. Cool just long enough to manipulate. Pull "spaghetti" strands apart using a fork.
