Quinoa Pancakes

Ingredients

Yields: 16 Pancakes (5 Servings)

3 cups Cooked Quinoa 555g
3/4 cups Almond Milk 196.5g
 4 Eggs 176g
    or 3/4 cups Egg Whites 182.25g
3 tsp Baking Powder 13.8g
Ground Cinnamon
few tbsps Sweetener 25g
Pinch Salt 0.2g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Blend together quinoa and wet ingredients. When it is nice and smooth, add remaining ingredients until just combined into a thick batter. Fry on preheated greased skillet or griddle until golden brown on both sides (flipping part-way).
