2-3 cups Chopped Rhubarb 305g

Preheat oven to 400° F. Line muffin tins. Separately, mix the dry ingredients together and the wet ingredients together, then combine them. Stir in the chopped rhubarb. Bake 20min. Sprinkle with sugar while hot out of the oven.
