Amaranth and Almond Flour Pie Crust

Ingredients

Yields: 1 Crust (8 Servings)

1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch 64g
1/4 cup Almond Meal 23.75g
3/4 cup Amaranth Flour 105g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1.3g
3 tbsps Vegetable Oil 40.8g
3-4 tbsps Water 51.73g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease pan. Whisk together dry ingredients. Separately, mix oil and water, then quickly mix into dry ingredients just until a ball forms. Adjust water as needed so that ball is not too crumbly. Roll dough and place in greased pan (patch as needed). Use form to prick holes. Pre-bake 3min for a pie with filling. Bake another 15min until brown.
