5 Eggs 220g
1 cup Coconut Milk 226g
1/2 cup Maple Syrup 157.5g
8 tbsps Ghee, melted 102.4g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x8 dish. Separately, whisk dry ingredients together and whisk wet ingredients (except for butter) together, then combine. Mix in butter. Bake 25min. Raise heat to 450°F and bake another 15min. Lower heat to 350°F and bake until toothpick comes out clean (another 15min). Slice and serve warm.
