3 Eggs 132g
3/4 cup Sugar 150g
3/8 cup Potato Starch
1/2 cup Sorghum Flour 60.5g
1/8 cup Water 30.758g
dash Salt 0.4g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add potato starch, water, then flour. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake 30min at 350°F, then 25min at 300°F until toothpick comes out clean.
