    2 tsps ground cinnamon 5.2g
    1 tsp ground ginger 1.8g
    1/2 tsp salt 3g
    3/4 cup coconut oil 163.5g
     3/4 cup Sorghum Flour or Brown Rice Flour 90.75g
    1 cup light brown sugar 220g

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 8x11 pan. Peel, core and slice apples. Toss with lemon juice, then maple syrup, then tapioca starch. Transfer to pan. For topping, mix all dry ingredients then add coconut oil and mix until resembles a meal. Cover apples with topping and bake 20minutes uncovered, then 20min covered with foil.
