Ingredients

1 cup Millet Flour 119g
 2 tsps Coconut Oil or Olive Oil 9g
1 cup Sorghum Flour 121g
1 cup Tapioca Starch 128g
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 tsps Salt 12g
4 tbsps Honey 84g
2 tsps Instant Yeast 8g
1 1/2 cups Water 354.9g

Grease loaf pan. Separately, whisk the dry and wet ingredients, then stir wet into dry. Batter will be thick. Cover with moist towel and place on top of warm oven or bowl of warm water. Preheat oven 400°F. Allow bread to rise for 30min. Bake 35min.
