Roasted Delicata Squash

Ingredients

2 delicata squash
1 tsp cumin 2g
1 tsp salt 6g
1 tsp olive oil 4.5g
1 oz can chick peas

• Preheat oven to 400°F • Slice delicata squash in half length-wise, remove seeds, then cut half-moon slices about 0.5" thick. • Drain and rinse cooked garbanzo • Toss squash and garbanzo in a bowl with oil, salt, and cumin • Place on two baking sheets • Roast 15min on each side.
