• Preheat oven to 400°F
• Slice delicata squash in half length-wise, remove seeds, then cut half-moon slices about 0.5" thick.
• Drain and rinse cooked garbanzo
• Toss squash and garbanzo in a bowl with oil, salt, and cumin
• Place on two baking sheets
• Roast 15min on each side.
