    1 tsp vinegar 5g
    ¾ cup sugar 150g
    ⅓ cup vegetable oil 71.94g
    1 ½ tsps vanilla extract 6.3g
    1 cup flour 125g
    ½ tsp baking powder 2.3g
    ¼ tsp salt 1.5g
    ⅓ cup cocoa powder 28.38g
    ¾ tsp baking soda 3.45g

    1 cup confectioners’ sugar 120g
    ¼ cup cocoa powder 21.5g
     3 tbsps Generic Rice Milk or Soy Milk
    Chocolate Sprinkles*

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line tins. Separately, mix wet ingredients (plus sugar) and dry ingredients, then combine them and mix until smooth. Bake 20min. Let cool. Whisk glaze ingredients and immediately spread on cupcakes.
