    3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 183g
    1/2 cup maple syrup 157.5g
    1/2 cup light coconut milk
    2 tsps vanilla extract 8.4g
    2 tsps baking powder 9.2g
    Pinch salt 0.2g
    1 3/4 cup quinoa flour 196g
Raspberry Frosting  gr_5f02a2564e8af0
    3/4 cup coconut butter 170.25g
    2 tbsps maple syrup* 40g
    1/4–1/2 cup non-dairy milk 60.75g
    1–2 tbsps freeze-dried raspberries

Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 325°F. Line tins. Separately, whisk together wet ingredients and dry ingredients, then combine well. Bake 30min. Cool. Frosting: Blend melted coconut butter, maple syrup and raspberries, then add just enough milk and blend until smooth. Top iced cupcakes with raspberries.
