Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line tins.
Separately, whisk together wet ingredients and dry ingredients, then combine well.
Bake 30min. Cool.
Frosting:
Blend melted coconut butter, maple syrup and raspberries, then add just enough milk and blend until smooth.
Top iced cupcakes with raspberries.
