Popped Sorghum Quinoa Bars

Ingredients

Yields: 8 Bars (8 Servings)

 1/6 cup Quinoa Seeds 28.9g
    or 1/4 cup Quinoa Flour 28g
1/3 cup Quinoa Flakes 33.66g
1 cup Sorghum, popped
dash Salt 0.4g
1/3 cup Maple Syrup 103.95g
1 tbsp Canola Oil 14g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 325°F. If using quinoa seeds, blend or grind into flour. Spread the flour and flakes onto a baking sheet and bake about 15min, stirring half-way. Mix all ingredients together. Press into oiled pan, cover, and refrigerate 1-2hrs. Slice into bars.
