4 tbsps Flax Meal 26g
1/2 cup Hot Water 118.3g

1 1/2 cup Sugar 300g
1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 86g

Simmer quinoa in water, covered, for 10min. Allow to cool. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line two 8" pans. In a small bowl, mix 4tbsp flax meal and 8 tbsp hot water. Set aside. In food processor, blend 2 cups cooked quinoa, butter, almond milk, vanilla and flax mixture until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine with wet ingredients to form a batter. Divide into 2 pans. Bake 40min until toothpick comes out clean.
