Ingredients

Yields: 9 Slices (9 Servings)

2 cups Tapioca Starch 256g
1-2 tsp Seasoning
1 tsp Salt 6g
 1/4 cup Butter or Coconut Oil 56.75g
1/4 cup non-dairy or dairy milk, room temp 61g
2 Eggs 88g
3 tbsp Butter 42.6g
1/4 cup Hard Dairy Cheese 28.25g

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix together tapioca starch, salt, and seasoning of your preference. Mix together oil, milk, and eggs; then mix this into the tapioca. Knead. Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Peel off one side, reposition it, then flip and peel off the other side. Transfer to cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese like parmesan. Bake 10-15 min - cracker will be light-colored. Slice warm.

Ingredient Tip • Egg replacer will make this flatbread too salty.
