2 tbsps Coconut Oil, for frying 27.2g

Whisk together dry ingredients. Separately, whisk together wet ingredients except for milk, then pour into dry ingredients and mix until you no longer can - add 1 cup milk and continue mixing. Let sit 5 min. Beat in the remaining 1/2 cup milk. Batter will be thick. Fry on medium heat.
