Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and cut apples into slices, and place in a 2-quart baking pan. Separately, mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together, then combine them to form the crumble. Place on top of apples. Bake 50min covered (on low rack), then 10min uncovered.
