Ingredients

Yields: 2 faltbreads (2 Servings)

2 tbsps Coconut Flour 15g
 2 Eggs or Egg Replacer 88g
1/8 tsp Salt 0.78g
1/8 tsp Baking Powder 0.598g
1/8 Baking Soda
1/4 cup Non-dairy or Dairy Milk 61g
Oil, for frying** Optional

Combine dry ingredients. Stir-in wet ingredients until batter thickens. Spread thinly into a greased skillet and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes. Carefully flip to cook the other side another 3 minutes. Top as desired.
