    1 1/2 cup whole grain spelt flour
    1/2 cup sugar 100g
     1/3 cup Granulated Sugar or Raw Cane Sugar 66g
    1 tbsp arrowroot powder 8g
    5 tbsps canola oil 70g
    3 tbsp pure maple syrup 60g
    1 tsp kosher salt 6g
    1/2 cup almond milk 131g
    6 tbsps cocoa powder 32.4g
    1/2 tsp baking powder 2.3g
Filling:  gr_5e90e11ad8678
    4 avocados 804g
    1/3 cup almond milk 86.46g
     1 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter or Unsalted Almond Butter 16g
    2/3 cup pure maple syrup 211.05g
    1 tbsp arrowroot powder 8g
    1/4 tsp kosher salt 1.5g
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract 4.2g
    1/4 cup cocoa powder 21.5g
    1 1/4 cups chocolate chips 210g

FOR CRUST: Preheat oven to 375°F. Separately, whisk dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together, then add wet to dry. Press sticky dough into 10" pan with wet hands. Bake 25 min. Cool completely. FOR FILLING: Melt chocolate chips. Cut avocados in half and transfer flesh to food processor. Add all other ingredients except for melted chocolate, and process until smooth, then add melted chocolate and process again. Pour filling into crust and freeze at least 90min. Remove 15min before serving.
