1 tsp Baking Powder 4.6g
1 tsp Baking Soda 4.6g
½ tsp Salt 3g
3 large Bananas, Mashed 408g
¾ cup White Sugar 200g
1 Egg 44g
⅓ cup Butter, Melted 74.91g

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tins. Mix bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Whisk together remaining dry ingredients and add until just combined. Stir in chips. TOPPING: combine ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter in tins. Bake 25min (10min mini muffins)
