Cooked Quinoa Quiche Crust - not perfected

Ingredients

Grams 
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Mix) 25g
1 cup Quinoa Seed 170g
1 Egg 44g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Cook the quinoa per instructions. Let cool. Mix with egg and parmesan, then press in bottom of quiche pan. Bake at 350 for 10min. Add toppings and cook per quiche instructions.

Tips

• I think this needs more to make it crust-like. Like mix with bean flour or quinoa flour or something?
