Simple Apple Carrot Quinoa Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup Shredded Carrot (about 2 small carrots) 55g
1/4 cups Shredded Apple (about 1/3 apple) 31.25g
1/4 cup Quinoa Flakes 25.5g
2 tbsps Almond Butter 32g
2 tbsps Maple Syrup 40g
1.5 tsps Chia Seed Meal
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1.3g
1/8 tsp Baking Soda 0.598g
1/8 tsp Salt 0.78g
2 tbsps Raisins 19.38g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheet. Mix all ingredients, incorporating the nut butter, maple syrup and raisins last. Wet hands and roll 1" balls. Bake 20min.
