Place almonds, quinoa flakes, 1c pumpkin seeds in blender or food processor and blend to make a flour.
Transfer to bowl and mix with 1/2c pumpkin seeds and all remaining dry ingredients.
Add water and let the batter rest 30min.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease loaf pan.
Bake 40min or until knife comes out clean.
