Source: SafeRecipes
Russian turkey meatballs/burgers.

Ingredients

Yields: 10 kotleti (5 Servings)

Grams
1 lb Ground Chicken 453.6g
2 slices Bread 46g
1/4 cup Whole Milk 61g
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs 54g
1/4 Onion 27.5g
2 cloves Garlic 6g
1 Egg 44g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
2 tbsp Canola Oil 28g
1 lb Ground Turkey 453.6g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
In a large bowl (or food processor), break the bread into small pieces and place with the milk for a few minutes. Press with a fork to make sure all the milk is absorbed and the bread is soft/shredded. Add all ingredients except for oil and mix well, incorporating the chicken or turkey last. Form 1.5” balls. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot. Lower heat to medium-low, drop balls and flatten top with spatula. Fry 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain oil.
