    1 tsp lemon zest 2g
    1 tbsp honey 21g
    3/4 cup coconut flour 90g
    1/2 tsp salt 3g

    3 large eggs 150g
    1/2 cup butter, melted 113.5g
    1/2 cup lemon juice 122g
    1/2 cup honey 169.5g
    1 tbsp lemon zest 6g

CRUST: Whisk together wet ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together than combine with wet ingredients. Press into 9" pie pan. Prick with a fork. Refrigerate. Preheat oven to 375°F. FILLING: Whisk together all ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake15 minutes. Cool completely then refrigerate.
