Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese 132g
1/4 cup Sour Cream 57.5g
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper 1.15g
3 cloves Garlic 9g
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 50g
8-14 can Artichoke Hearts
8 block Cream Cheese
10 oz Spinach 283.5g
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 5g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Chop all vegetables and mix them with all remaining ingredients except for 1tbsp parmesan. Pour into large baking dish, top with parmesan cheese, and bake 30min. Serve warm.
