2 tbsps Olive Oil 27g
4 tbsps Milk 61g

Combine dry ingredients. Mix-in olive oil, milk, and half the water. Add remaining water as needed to form dough that just comes together. Roll between two sheets of parchment paper. Fry on greased reheated skillet until golden brown on both sides.
