1/4 cup Dairy-Free Butter Spread 56.75g
1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 64.5g
1/2 cup Brown Sugar 72.5g
1/4 cup Sugar 50g
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 4.2g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2.3g
1/2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes 3g
1 cup Rolled Oats 81g
1 cup Almond Meal 95g
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate 57.75g

Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix flax egg and set aside (5min). Beat peanut butter and spread, add sugar, brown sugar, then thickened flax egg and vanilla extract. Mix in all dry ingredients, then add chocolate chips. Roll 1" balls. Bake 11-13min. Cool, then sprinkle with flaked salt.
