½ tsp celtic sea salt 3g
1 tbsp honey 21g

Preheat oven to 135°F. Mix all ingredients. Roll out dough between sheets of parchment. Peel off top layer, place back on, flip, and peel other paper off. Cut squares. Move to cookie sheet and bake 20hrs.
