Cheese Crackers with Almond Flour

Ingredients

Grams 
1 1/4 cup Almond Flour 283.75g
1/8 tsp Salt 0.78g
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar 66g
1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 20.4g
1 Egg 44g

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix together almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cheese. Separately, whisk egg and oil, then mix into dry ingredients until a dough forms. Roll dough out between two pieces of parchment paper. Peel off one side, place it back on, flip and peel off the other side. Cut 2" squares. Bake 12min.
