Ingredients

Yields: 8 Muffins (8 Servings)

1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g
1/3 cup Brown Cane Sugar 47.85g
1 cup Quinoa Flour 112g
1 tbsp Canola Oil 14g
1 tbsp Honey 21g
1 Banana 118g
1 tsp Baking Powder 4.6g
2/3 cup Water 158.522g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups. Mash banana with 1 tsp baking powder. In separate bowl, mix all ingredients, starting with quinoa flour and water, and ending with the banana mixture. Mix until very smooth. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15min.
