Ingredients

2 tsps Coconut Oil 9.08g
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1.3g
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 2.1g
1/8 tsp Salt 0.78g
1 3/4 cups Dried, Unsweetened & Shredded Coconut 162.75g
3 tbsps Maple Syrup 60g
2 tbsps Coconut Milk 28.6g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Blend 1c. shredded coconut with coconut oil in food processor to produce a paste. Add maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and mix well. Add 6tbsps shredded coconut and pulse a few times. Form 1" balls and coat with remaining 2tbsps shredded coconut. Refrigerate at least 1hr.
