Almond Flour Crust for Baked Pie

Ingredients

Yields: 1 Crust (8 Servings)

Grams 
1 1/2 cups Almond Meal 142.5g
1/2 cup Confectioners’ Sugar 60g
3 tbsp Butter 42.6g
2 1/4 tbsps Heavy Cream 33.75g
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2.1g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Place dry ingredients in bowl, food processor or in mixer with paddle attachment. Add butter and mix until coarse meal forms. Add liquids and mix until dough forms. Refrigerate 15min. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll between two sheets of parchment paper dusted with corn starch. Place in pan and prick with fork. Pre-bake 10min, fill, then continue baking per recipe.
