Quinoa and Potato Flour Pasta

Ingredients

Yields: 4 Portions

1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1/2 cup Potato Starch
1 1/2 cup Quinoa Flour 168g
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 13.6g
cup Water 236.6g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Mix dry ingredients, make a well, and add oil and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix from outside-in. Add water (or flour) until dough is soft but not too sticky. Knead 5-10min. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30min. Working in batches, roll dough to pasta thickness (or use pasta-maker). Cut pasta strips. Boil 3-4min in salted water.
