Baked Acorn Squash with brown sugar and maple syrup

1 Acorn squash 431g
2 tsp Butter 9.4g
2 tbsps Brown Sugar 18.2g
2 tsps Maple Syrup 13.34g
dash Salt 0.4g

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out middle. Score each half. Place face-up in rimmed pan with 1/4" water. Brush each half with 1tsp butter and sprinkle with salt. Spoon tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp maple syrup into each cavity. Bake at least 1 hour until soft.
