1/2 tsp Adobo Seasoning*

Peal plantains and slice very thin strands to get "noodles". Process or blend until they are the size of grains of rice. Fry garlic and red pepper flakes* in hot olive oil 30sec, then add onion for 2min, and finally the plantain rice and spices*. Cook 2min. Add chicken broth and cook about 5-10min until reduced. Add drained beans, drained crushed tomatoes, and about half the tomato juices from the can. Cook another 2min.
