 2 cups Chocolate Chips or Cocoa Nibs 336g
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds 64g
1 cup Sesame Seeds 144g
1 cup Sunflower Seeds 140g
1 tsp Salt 6g
4 tsp Baking Powder 18.4g
1 cup Black Currants 112g
1/2 cup Hot Water 118.3g
1 cup Coconut Oil 218g
1 cup Coconut Crystals 200g
2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract 26g
1 Egg 44g

Soak currants in 1/2 cup hot water. Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix together dry ingredients. Drain currants. Combined all wet ingredients and currants, then mix in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Form 1" balls and flatten on sheet. Bake 15min.
