4 cups grated zucchini 496g
1 large egg 50g
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 50g
1/4 cup bread crumbs 27g
1/2 tsp black pepper 1.15g
 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt or Sea Salt 1.5g
1/4 tsp garlic powder 0.775g
1/4 tsp ground cumin 0.5g

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Dry grated zucchini by pressing with paper towels. Combine all ingredients. Press 1/4cup-full at a time and press into 5" circle. Bake 25min until crisp. Peel off when cool.
