CUPCAKES:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line tins.
Separate egg yolks from whites.
Whisk yolks, sugar, vanilla, and starch until well combined.
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff, then fold into mixture.
Bake 20min.
FROSTING:
Place mana and sugar in container over hot water for 15min.
Beat until smooth.
