1 tsp Butter 4.7g
3 Eggs 132g
4 oz White Chocolate 113.4g
4 oz Cream Cheese 113.4g
Berries* 1.9g
Powdered Sugar** Optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter round pan with removeable bottom. Separate the eggs and place the egg whites in the freezer. Melt chocolate and cool. Mix-in cream cheese and egg yolks. Mix-in the cold egg whites. Bake 15min. Lower temperature to 300°F and bake another 15min. Turn off oven and let cake cook another 15min. Remove from oven and cool completely in pan. Push out of pan and move to serving dish. Decorate with powdered sugar and / or berries.
