1 Carrot 61g
1/4 cup Spinach 7.5g
1 lbs Ground Beef 453.6g
1 Egg 44g
1 tsp Canned Tomato Paste 5.33g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 tsp Ground Basil 0.7g
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 10g
1 Onion, chopped 110g
2 cloves Garlic, minced or pressed 6g
1 tsp Olive Oil 4.5g
1/2 cup Canned Tomato Paste 131g
1 tbsp Maple Syrup 20g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil the carrot and spinach in as little water as possible. Coarsely mash the carrot. Prepare the sauce by mixing 1/2 cup tomato paste with maple syrup, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix all remaining ingredients until well combined. Place into a loaf pan and pour the sauce on top. Bake 1 hr.
