Ingredients

Grams 
3/4 cup Almond Meal 71.25g
Zest of 1 Lemon 3g
1 1/2 cups Dates, chopped 390g
1 cup Dried, Unsweetened & Shredded Coconut 93g
2 tbsps Lemon Juice 30.5g
1 1/4 cups Raisins 193.75g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Soak chopped dates with warm water for 5min then drain. Sprinkle 1tbsp of the almond meal over bottom of 8" square pan. In food processor or blender, process all ingredients until well mixed. Press into pan and refrigerate 2hrs. Cut into squares.
